<p><b>• Opportunity at Bradfield Senior College, St Leonards. </b></p><p><b>• Inspire, innovate, and collaborate with students in Years 11 and 12 </b></p><p><b>• Dynamic and creative learning environment. </b></p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>The opportunity </b></p><p>Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced persons interested in being considered for both immediately available roles as well as placement on suitability lists as a Part Time Casual Teacher to teach HSC and TAFE day classes at <a href="https://www.bradfield.nsw.edu.au/" rel="nofollow">Bradfield Senior College</a> (located in St Leonards), within the Sydney Region of TAFE NSW. Duties may also include relief teaching, tutorial services and academic mentoring. </p><p>We are looking for a passionate person who can teach one or more of the following Stage 6 HSC and vocational courses: </p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>HSC Courses </b></p><p>• Biology </p><p>• Business Studies </p><p>• English </p><p>• Food Technology </p><p>• History - Ancient and Modern </p><p>• Industrial Technology - Multimedia </p><p>• Investigating Science </p><p>• Legal Studies </p><p>• Mathematics </p><p>• Music 1 </p><p>• Software Design and Development </p><p>• Visual Arts &#43; Photography </p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>TAFE Courses </b></p><p>• Design Fundamentals (TAFE Cert III) </p><p>• Entertainment Industry (TAFE Cert III Live Production and Technical Services) </p><p>• Fashion and Textiles (TAFE Cert III) </p><p>• Musical Theatre and Performance (TAFE Cert III) </p><p><b><br /></b></p><p><b>About us </b></p><p>Bradfield Senior College is an innovative senior high school that that uses authentic and project-based learning to best equip students for future employment and studies. The College provides students with the opportunity to complete their HSC in a mature learning environment with a focus on employability and vocational skills. Students can specialise in the creative industries in areas such as Design and Visual Arts, Performing Arts and Digital Media. Bradfield has strong partnerships with industry and community to help students develop general capabilities and interpersonal skills. </p><p><b>Essential Requirements </b></p><p>1. Tertiary qualifications, including teaching qualifications and experience teaching Higher School Certificate subjects. </p><p>2. Demonstrated ability to deliver innovative, student-centred, and flexible teaching practice with a focus on project-based learning. </p><p>3. Awareness of current developments in post-compulsory education and training. </p><p>4. Demonstrated capacity to utilise technology in both teaching/learning and administration. </p><p>5. Willingness to deliver HSC Work Studies </p><p>6. An ability to meet a diverse range of learner needs through high impact inclusive practice. </p><p>Note: teachers that will be teaching TAFE vocational courses should have the TAE40116. </p><p>Experience in learning support, careers and vocational training and pathways would be desirable.
