<p><b>FULL-TIME | SALARY RANGE $93,361- $99,151 P.A. PLUS SUPER </b></p><p><b>12 MONTHS CONTRACT | COMMENCING – 25 JULY 2022</b></p><p>An exciting opportunity exists for a Human Resources Officer working with regional and remote schools in the Northern Territory. The position is based at Berrimah, Catholic Education Office. </p><p>The Catholic Education Office, Northern Territory is currently seeking applications from suitably qualified, committed and experienced Human Resources professionals. The Human Resources Officer works in collaboration with the HR Manager in delivering end-to-end recruitment, performance management, managing the employment cycle and assisting in employment and industrial relations. </p><p><b>Key responsibilities: </b></p><p>• Manage and coordinate daily operational aspects of the recruitment and selection activities for CEO and CENT leadership positions. Promote the application of the recruitment framework in schools and CEO. </p><p>• Manage the employee life-cycle experience. </p><p>• Assist CENT leaders in the application of the Enterprise Agreement and support the HR Manager in performance management processes as required. </p><p>• Maintain database of remuneration for all staff and liaise with payroll while creating correspondences in relation to annual CPI increments, variation in contracts and other employment-related documentation. </p><p>• Assist with analysis and reporting on Human resources issues including grievances, formal complaints investigation process and disciplinary actions in consultation with the HR Manager. </p><p>• Support and undertake the implementation of Human Resource Management System TechnologyOne. </p><p>• Assist in the collation and collection of the Teachers Registration Board statistics and annual reports. </p><p>• Oversee personnel records of all CEO staff and school leadership positions, including WWC and driver’s license. </p><p>This position may involve working with children.
