The successful applicant will foster and promote the physical, spiritual, and pastoral wellbeing of students. </p><p>As the largest Boys’ boarding schools in Australia, the role will consume the current Head of Boarding responsibilities in total and consolidate and further advance current structures where both the boarding and extended day programs work seamlessly and successfully. The successful applicant will be a proven experienced leader and lead a large portfolio which will be strategic, engaging, challenging and inclusive across all age groups. Applicants must have great energy, determination, experience, possess exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills and the ability to guide and inspire others.
