We are seeking an experienced full-time Executive Assistant (EA) - Marketing and Fundraising Managers to work term-term plus 25 days. This role assists and supports the Marketing and Communications Manager and the Fundraising and Events Manager with all administration, event planning, database management and donor responsibilities.

We provide a holistic education, offering outstanding academic programs taught by special educators with the support of our dedicated therapy team. </p><p><b>ABOUT THE ROLE </b></p><p>We are seeking an experienced full-time Executive Assistant (EA) - Marketing and Fundraising Managers to work term-term plus 25 days. This role assists and supports the Marketing and Communications Manager and the Fundraising and Events Manager with all administration, event planning, database management and donor responsibilities. The role is varied and will require the applicant to prioritise their tasks on a daily basis and have great attention to detail. </p><p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES </b></p><ul><li>Assist the Fundraising and Events Manager with fundraising and school events and initiatives as directed by the Fundraising and Events Manager. </li><li>Assist the Fundraising and Events Manager with the coordination of St Lucy’s fundraising appeals, mail outs, the bequest program, grant applications, corporate days, peer-to-peer campaigns, and initiatives. </li><li>Support the Fundraising and Events Manager to prepare accurate and timely donor communication including but not limited to sponsorship letters and thank you letters. </li><li>Manage, build and maintain our donor and supporter database. </li><li>Support the development of action plans to successfully execute all tasks assigned by the Marketing and Communications Manager. </li><li>Prepare agenda and minutes for the weekly Communications and Fundraising Meeting. </li><li>Ensure the Corporate volunteer program is efficiently and effectively delivered with best practice methods. </li><li>Liaise with all staff to determine the need for Corporate volunteers for the various programs. </li><li>Responsible for the induction of all Corporate volunteers and ensuring appropriate training is delivered. </li><li>Complete and compile risk assessments for all tasks undertaken by Corporate volunteers to be reviewed by the Fundraising and Events Manager. </li></ul><p><b>ABOUT YOU </b></p><p>The School&#39;s core values are Joy, Community, Courage and Truth.
