The Catholic Schools Office (CSO) is currently seeking a highly proficient and experienced Leadership Coach - Principals&nbsp;to join the team from Term 3, 2022.&nbsp;This position is being offered on a full-time temporary basis until the end of 2023 with the potential to extend.<br>Would also consider two part-time job-share positions for the right candidates.&nbsp;<br><br><br>The Catholic Schools Office (CSO) is responsible for the leadership, operation and management of systemic schools which educate more than 21,000 students in 44 primary schools, 11 secondary schools, one K–12 school, one flexible learning centre and one special school in the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle.<br>&nbsp;<br><br>Note applicants cannot retain the role of Principal if successful in their application for the role of Leadership Coach - Principals.<br>The Leadership Coach - Principals will work as a member of the Leadership and System Improvement Team to support the ongoing development and implementation of high quality professional learning and coaching programs to build leadership capacity and support a pipeline of future leaders across our Diocese. The role will have a particular focus on beginning and experienced principals.
