The role of the Board Administration Assistant is to provide administration support to the Board Chairperson and Company Secretary; and to promote the Company. Liaise with the Principal, Company Secretary, Board Chairperson and Directors as directed and liaise with CEN on behalf of the Board when required. Other duties as directed by the Board Chairperson.
