Professional mentoring, industry partnerships, workplace placements and recognised qualifications support this learning.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Purpose of The Role</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">We are looking for an innovative Principal leader who can continue to bring to life an exciting vision of contemporary learning, execute the strategic development of the College, and deliver strong outcomes for students.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">You will be able to bring innovative thinking into action and build a community where everyone feels welcomed, valued and confident. With a sound understanding of organisational growth, your skills will help build the scope and size of our learning community across two state of the art campuses.</p> <p dir="ltr">As the Principal of CathWest Innovation College, you will ensure that the College is uniquely positioned to provide learning opportunities for all students so that they flourish.
