While your qualifications and experience are important, we also look for the right person with the right values to fit our team. </p><p>You’ll have:</p><ul><li>Accreditation with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) and knowledge of current education practice and NESA curriculum documents for key learning areas</li><li>Demonstrated professional skills that foster effective learning partnerships with students, parents and staff</li><li>Demonstrated skills in supporting the Christian ethos of the school, and some experience leading worship and devotional aspects</li><li>Demonstrated skills in analysing data, planning and implementing effective differentiated programs, and monitoring student progress to ensure high standards of learning</li><li>Demonstrated confidence, flexibility, team attitude and perseverance to work in a learning community</li></ul></div>
