Our vision embodies our commitment to Community, Learning, Excellence and Faith. </i></p><p><i> </i></p><p>As a working member of the team, the Facilities Team Leader is responsible for managing the schedule of upkeep of our College buildings, and providing leadership and direction to the Facilities team members, contractors and suppliers of services.<br /></p><p>You&#39;ll lead a multi-skilled maintenance crew, within a busy learning environment, maintaining a mix of heritage and new buildings, amongst vast landscapes &amp; established grounds.<br /></p><p>We are also growing our maintenance crew right now, so you&#39;ll join us at the same time as some new team members, that you&#39;ll be responsible for working alongside, to guide and lead. <br /></p><p>Your team of Facilities Officers attend to all manner of maintenance requests, large and small, ranging from repair jobs, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and cleaning. You will also be part of a roster that undertakes traffic management during school pick up and drop off times, keeping our students safe. The team also undertakes classroom, exam, assemblies and event set-up. <br /></p><p>Join us and enjoy life-friendly hours (7:30am – 3:45pm), free onsite parking and a regular fortnightly pay.</p><p>You will oversee and lead this important team to ensure jobs get done efficiently and effectively.
