We are currently inviting applications for an<b> Information Technology Officer (Level 1) </b>commencing 1 August 2022. </p><p><b>THE ROLE</b><br />Reporting to the IT Manager, this role assists in maintaining Calvary’s IT network and provides first tier IT support to College teachers, staff and students.</p><p><b>SELECTION CRITERIA</b><br />The ideal applicant will have the following qualifications and experience:</p><ul><li>Demonstrated work experience in IT or related field, an IT qualification is desirable </li><li>Basic knowledge of all currently supported Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office </li><li>Basic knowledge of all currently supported Apple desktop and IOS operating systems </li><li>Basic experience troubleshooting network and software issues on Windows, MacOS and iOS devices. </li><li>Beginner knowledge of Microsoft server operating systems, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy and File Share configuration </li><li>Beginner knowledge of networking topologies such as TCP/IP, routing and switching configurations </li><li>A working knowledge of Windows Command Line and PowerShell </li><li>Demonstrated ability to problem solve and pro-actively research unfamiliar technical issues </li><li>Demonstrated customer service experience through emails, phone and face to face </li><li>Ability to learn, grow and adapt to new technologies and IT trends </li><li>A personal faith in Jesus Christ and an active and attending member of a local Christian Church </li><li>A positive notice Working with Children Check Blue Card or a current Queensland College of Teachers registration</li></ul><p><b><i> </i></b></p><p><b><i> </i></b></p><p><b><i> </i></b></p><p><b><i> </i></b></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
