The curriculum at St Mary MacKillop College is undertaken in an environment where each person is valued and respected as an individual whose personal growth is of paramount importance.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt"><strong><br>About the Role</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt">The position of College Business Manager in a Catholic secondary school is key in providing the necessary leadership and support in promoting an environment where Catholic values and practices can flourish.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt">Whilst the Business Manager is accountable to the College Principal and reports to the Principal on all matters relating to the Business Manager’s portfolio, a close working relationship with all members of the College Executive, Leadership Team, and with the wider staff-body on both campuses is essential.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11pt"> <br><strong>Essential Criteria</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt">Demonstrate a capacity to support the Vision of the College.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt">Exhibit honesty, transparency, accuracy and capacity in financial management of the College.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size: 11pt">Communicate both written and verbally in a clear and appropriate manner.
