Marist Regional College are seeking suitably qualified applicants for the role of Business Manager. As a crucial part of the College Leadership Team the Business Manager will form a key role in the future success of the College.

As a crucial part of the College Leadership Team the Business Manager will form a key role in the future success of the College. The successful applicant will be required to demonstrate: </p><p>Success in large scale business management including financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning and monitoring. </p><p>A thorough understanding of, and experience in, corporate governance, risk management, compliance and work health and safety. </p><p>Success as a highly effective leader and manager of staff, including an understanding of Human Resources Management principles. </p><p>Exceptional communicator in both verbal and written forms. </p><p>The successful applicant will join an organisation that is driven by: </p><p>Its Vision of Christ Centred, Student Focused and Learning for Life. </p><p>A creative learning environment, welcoming all families who support the values of the college. </p><p>Our desire to provide a comprehensive, quality Catholic school curriculum of the highest standard. </p><p>Our community is based on hospitality.
