<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications</strong><br /></p> <p></p><ul><li>Essential qualification in Primary Teaching</li><li>Preferred qualification or experience in learning support</li><li>Specialist qualification and experience in special education</li><li>Experience working with students with disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder</li><li>Experience in developing and evaluating Personalised Learning Plans</li><li>An understanding of and ability to differentiate curriculum</li><li>Ability to conduct standardised testing</li><li>NESA accreditation and a current NSW Working with Children Check</li><li>Willingness to conduct numeracy and literacy interventions with students, working collaboratively with the class teachers</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with external specialists such as psychologists</li><li>Willingness to support the Catholic ethos of the School</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with parents</li></ul><p></p> <p><b>All staff members are required to obtain a Working with Children Check Clearance which the School will verify as a condition of employment.
