<p>We are looking for reliable, passionate, and enthusiastic people to join our team of swim instructors on a casual basis, with the opportunity of permanent for the right person. </p><p> To be successful in this role you will have: </p><p>• A passion to teach children of all ages and foster a positive learning environment </p><p>• An ability to work well in a team </p><p>• A self-motivated and customer-oriented attitude </p><p>• Flexibility to work across a 6-day roster with Saturday availability being essential </p><p>• School Swimming hours available in Term 1, 3 and 4 of each year </p><p>• -Whilst experience is preferred, we welcome applications form people who love working with children in a fun, team-based environment and who are ready to seek new knowledge. </p><p>Qualifications: </p><p>• Swim Teaching qualifications (Swim Australia or Austswim) </p><p>• Working with Children Blue Card </p><p>• Current CPR and First Aid </p><p>• Remuneration dependent on experience &amp; qualifications </p><p>Why Grace Swimming: </p><p>• Grace Swimming is an enterprise of Grace Lutheran College located at the Rothwell campus </p><p>• 3 all year round heated pools </p><p>• Programs from infants, learn to swim, stroke development to entry level and performance squads </p><p>• School term programs with intensives &amp; stroke clinics in the holidays </p><p>• We can offer you a collaborative and learning environment, where you will be supported with development opportunities </p><p>How to apply: Please submit your application by email.
