<p>This Primary Teacher role is supported by a small, but dedicated staff, committed student-focused education. This includes:</p><p>- a Head of Junior Campus to advocate and assist classroom teachers</p><p>- a Head of Learning Support to assist in catering for individual academic, social and emotional student adjustment</p><p>- an allocation of Teacher Aide time to assist with individual students needs</p><p>- a Student Welfare Officer to support students with social and emotional challenges</p><p>In addition, the college maintains small class sizes, generous resource budgets, annual PD opportunities and modern classroom resources.</p>
