Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst (CEDB) is responsible for 33 schools, approximately 9,300 students and 1,200 staff in the delivery of high-quality Catholic education.

The Assistant Principal promotes the vision and mission of Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst through Religious, Educational and Enabling Leadership.</p> <p>The successful candidate for this position will be a highly effective and Catholic leader who:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Is a committed Catholic who understands the evangelising mission of the Catholic school</li> <li>Is a strong, contemporary leader of learning, with the capacity to lead change and demonstrate contemporary pedagogy that focuses on improving student learning</li> <li>Demonstrates experience in building teacher capacity and managing performance of individuals and teams</li> <li>Promotes a culture of informed decision-making, transparency and collaboration around the use of data</li> <li>Strong interpersonal skills and effective change agent</li> <li>Is a person who can effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders and build relationships</li> <li>Can analyse and use data to inform learning and engage in future planning</li> <li>Meets or working towards the requirements of (Category E) in the Accreditation Policy to Work Teach and Lead in Catholic Education Bathurst Diocese</li> </ul> <p>If you are looking for a rewarding and exciting challenge, we would like to hear from you.
