Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) is seeking an experienced professional to join our organisation as the Technical Service Officer. The Information Technology Team oversee the delivery and maintenance of infrastructure, systems and computer equipment used in the 29 schools across Catholic Education, Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW).

<p>The ICT Technical Service Officer provides technical knowledge and experience to the ICT team to help resolve more complex problems that cannot be resolved at the Tier 1 support stage. The ICT Technical Officer will utilise their knowledge and resources to troubleshoot customer and system issues.</p><p>As a service role, the ICT Technical Service Officer will be in regular contact with staff in schools, the Catholic Education office and the Diocese, as well as external parties such as vendors and service partners.</p><p>The ICT Technical Service Officer will lead the day-to-day maintenance of core systems and infrastructure.</p><p>To commence as soon as possible.</p><p><b>What we can offer: </b></p><ul><li>Salary commencing at $79,958 - $88,774 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications).</li><li>Full-time role </li><li>Contract position starting ASAP until 30/06/2023</li><li>Located at head office in Wagga Wagga&#39;s CBD.</li><li>Access to Salary Packaging (Maxxia is our Salary Packaging Provider).</li></ul><p><b>Essential Requirements </b></p><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in IT service delivery. </li><li>Intermediate to advanced competency in server, desktop, network and communications technologies. </li><li>Experience in network configuration and management. </li><li>Excellent communication skills. </li><li>Current Driver’s License. </li><li>Able to periodically undertake overnight travel.</li><li>Able to meet current Covid-19 vaccination requirements.</li><li>Current Working With Children Check.</li></ul><p><b>What is next?</b><br /></p><p>For additional information or a confidential discussion about the role please contact Bruce Crawford on 02 69370040 or via email at <a href="mailto:crawfordb1&#64;ww.catholic.edu.au" rel="nofollow">crawfordb1&#64;ww.catholic.edu.au</a>.
