The role works collaboratively with the Knowledge and Learning Strategist to ensure the daily operations of the library contribute to strategic goals and support the School’s teaching and learning programs.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div>The role supports the continued development of a dynamic and responsive learning community. You will be responsible in providing a welcoming experience and excellent customer service to all Library users. You will work with teachers in planning, resourcing and teaching of educational programs and develop the Library’s physical and digital collections. The role will involve promoting to the School community a love of literature and the Library’s services.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div>Applicants must have tertiary qualifications as a Teacher Librarian and excellent understanding of library practices and processes. You will have a strong understanding of pedagogical, technology and syllabus requirements.</div><div><br /></div><div> </div><div>The ideal candidate will have well developed IT and problem-solving skills and enjoy working independently and as part of a team. You will be highly organised and have the ability to engage and communicate with all members of staff, students and parents.
