A Canteen Co-ordinator is needed at St Bernard's Catholic Primary School, Berowra Heights on a temporary part-time basis until the end of the 2022 school year.

The Towards 2025 Strategy commits the system of schools to being at least as good as the very best, to maximise the learning growth of every student, and to inspire hearts and minds to know Christ and love learning. </p><p>Covering an expansive geographical area which includes the Central Coast and Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore, Catholic Schools Broken Bay is a system serving 44 Catholic Schools with around 17,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12. </p><p><b>About the Role </b></p><p>St. Bernard’s Catholic Primary School Berowra Heights is seeking to appoint a Canteen Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will be suitably qualified and enjoy working in a school environment </p><p>This is a temporary part-time role until the end of the 2022 school year. During this engagement, you will be required to work 24 hours per fortnight and the required days of work are Wednesday and Friday of each week. </p><p><b>Specific Criteria </b></p><ul><li>Able to take full responsibility for all areas in relation to Canteen Management (previous experience an advantage)</li><li>Ordering and maintaining stock</li><li>Online ordering</li><li>Food storage and preparation</li><li>Maintaining a clean canteen</li><li>Up to date knowledge of food handling requirements</li><li>Able to facilitate healthy eating program in line with Healthy School Canteens</li><li>A capacity to supervise and support volunteer staff</li><li>Must love working with children</li><li>Will be directly responsible to the school principal</li></ul><p><b>The Rewards </b></p><p>Be part of a passionate team committed to delivering authentic Catholic education with care and compassion.
