Junior School Teacher – Inclusive Education Gifted and Talented K – 6 - maternity leave position 15 July 2022 -31 December 2023. Experience in MultiLit , EMUs and writing student learning plans and IB PYP will be highly regarded.

It focuses on the development of the whole child as an inquirer, both in the classroom and in the world outside. </p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>Join Scots Success</b><br /></p><p>Scots is keen to receive applications from talented and experienced teachers for the following part-time role to commence 15 July 2022 concluding 31 December 2023. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Junior School Teacher – Inclusive Education Gifted and Talented K – 6 </b></p><p><b>Part-time role 15 July 2022 - 31 December 2023 </b></p><p>Applicants for this role will ideally be an inspiring energetic and enthusiastic Inclusive Education specialist with significant experience working with students with a range of needs across primary year levels; knowledge and experience in teaching the MultiLit suite of intervention programmes and teaching numeracy interventions particularly Extending Mathematical Understanding (EMU) and experience in writing student learning plans will be highly regarded. </p><p><br /></p><p>Applicants for this role will ideally have: </p><ul><li>Qualifications in subject area and Teaching and or Education that allow registration as a Teacher in NSW. </li><li>Fulfill requirements as mandated by NESA. </li><li>Current NSW Working With Children Check Clearance. </li><li>Significant experience working with students with a range of needs across primary year levels. </li><li>Knowledge and experience in teaching the MultiLit suite of intervention programmes. </li><li>Knowledge and experience in teaching numeracy interventions particularly Extending Mathematical Understanding (EMU). </li><li>Experience in writing student learning plans </li><li>Qualifications to administer screeners and interpret results to further investigate and support student learning. </li><li>Experience in feedback meetings with parents and psychologist to discuss results of testing. </li><li>Experience in teaching International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB PYP) will be highly regarded. </li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>The Role </b></p><p>The Junior School Teacher – Inclusive Education Gifted and Talented K – 6 - Maternity Leave Position, following a successful probation period of 3 months, will continue with a part-time teaching load (0.4 FTE), concluding 31 December 2023. </p><p><b> How to apply for roles: </b></p><p>All applicants must be eligible to work in Australia, and successful applicants must gain a NSW working with children check before they commence employment. </p><p>All teaching staff must hold current registration with the NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA).
