St Bernadette’s Lalor Park is looking for a passionate and dedicated casual Teacher's Aide to provide support and assistance to our teachers

More specifically you will:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Engage with students, staff and families to build trusting relationships and to understand the needs of students</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Work systemically with schools, families, staff and leaders</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in the delivery of learning initiatives</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Support of the mission, teachings and ethos of the Catholic Church’s work in schools.</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About you:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">To be successful in this highly rewarding role you will demonstrate alignment to the core purpose and values of St Bernadette’s along with:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Support for the mission, teachings and ethos of the Catholic Church’s work in schools</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">The ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a team</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Interpersonal skills in working with a range of personnel</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Strong planning and organisation skills</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Ability to maintain the quality of assigned work</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Appropriate experience, enthusiasm and a love of children</p> </li> </ul> <p dir="ltr"><strong>Interested?</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">This position involves working with children.
