<p>St. Mark&#39;s College is an independent Christian co-educational College (Years K - 12), based on the Gospel values of the Coptic Orthodox tradition and is located in the south west of Sydney. The College is highly regarded within the community for its academic achievements.<br /></p><p>Currently, the College is accepting applications for Part-time Clerical Officer with an immediate start. The applicant must have excellent general office skills and be a practising Christian who would be sympathetic of the Coptic Orthodox faith, traditions, ethos and culture. </p><p>Duties will include:</p><ul><li>General front desk duties</li><li>Taking messages, general typing and preparing awards</li><li>Receptionist Duties </li><li>General Filing</li><li>Maintaining appropriate student records</li><li>Providing student enrolment information</li><li>Providing First Aid care to injured children</li><li>General errands</li><li>Collecting and distributing mail</li><li>Skills and Knowledge Required</li><li>Experience in using SEQTA or Learning Support System, knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>The ability to readily acquire knowledge and understanding of College specific functions, policies and procedures. </li></ul><p>Excellent interposal skills, being able to positively interact with all members of the College Community and those external individuals / agents who work with the College </p><p>Well -developed communication skills, particularly in respect to interviews, telephone discussions, and letter writing. </p><p>An ability to gain co-operation and assistance from the College&#39;s teaching and non - teaching staff in order to achieve well defined objectives for the clerical and operational management of the school. </p><p>Applicants are to email their CV with two (2) referees to the Head of College by 17 June 2022. </p><p>Head of College </p><p>headofcollege&#64;stmarks.nsw.edu.au </p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
