<p>St Damian&#39;s School is seeking applications from qualified and experienced teachers to fulfill the role of Tutor Teacher as part of the Victorian Government Tutor Program.  Through this program St Damian&#39;s School aims to support students identified as requiring additional assistance in the area of Mathematics and/or Literacy.  </p><p>We are seeking to employ  teacher to undertake the role of Tutor teacher to be employed for 13.5 hours a week for 20 weeks, beginning in Term 2.  The successful applicant will be required to work 4.5 hours each day over three days per week, and is able to prepare work suitable to the needs of students.</p><p>The successful applicant will demonstrate: </p><ul><li>    an ability to work collaboratively within a team structure</li><li>    possess a sound knowledge and understanding of the Victorian Curriculum </li><li>    the ability to use student data to meet the individual needs of students </li><li>    demonstrate a willingness to nurture the faith of all in our community, actively supporting our       Catholic school vision. </li></ul><p><b>Special Requirements </b></p><p>Applicants must have: </p><ul><li>    current VIT Registration</li><li>    a current vaccination certificate</li><li>    a commitment to the ethos of Catholic education.</li><li>    Please send applications to Principal with the names and contact details, including mobile numbers, of 3 referees.  The most recent Principal must be included as one of the referees. </li></ul>
