<p><b>Position Purpose </b></p><p>The Leader of Pedagogy supports the principal in the instructional leadership of the school and is a member of the leadership team. The Leader of Pedagogy supports system improvement goals and specific site-based improvement goals reflected in school Annual Improvement Plans.
