<p><b>The School </b></p><p>Catherine McAuley Catholic Primary School is a Kindergarten to Year 6 Catholic Primary School with an enrolment of 503 students. Since its opening in 2012, the school has provided a warm, supportive and family-focussed environment, with a strong link to the Parish of St Mary and St Joseph, and together share the role of providing a comprehensive, quality catholic Education for families. </p><p>Situated at Orange in the Central Tablelands region of New South Wales, the School is part of a system of 33 schools in the Diocese of Bathurst. Together with Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst, the School provides a unique opportunity for students to grow, both in relationship with God, and also in knowledge, understanding, wisdom and life skills, in a way that promotes the integration of their faith and their daily lives. </p><p><b>About the Opportunity </b></p><p>As Principal, you will be a strong curriculum and pedagogical leader who will drive the vision and execute the long-term strategic development plans of the School. You will be a collaborative and visionary educational leader that promotes student-centred learning and the development of holistic and caring relationships between school, home and the broader community. </p><p>You will lead by providing authentic witness to Catholic education which promotes Gospel values and nurtures faith development and deliver a dynamic contemporary school curriculum that focuses on high quality learning outcomes. You will immerse yourself in school and community cultural activities, and be a good communicator who is able to build positive relationships at all levels. </p><p>You will recognise the uniqueness, value and contribution of each person in the school community and build professional learning communities and a culture of collaboration to continuously develop and support all school staff.
