<p>Key Duties</p><ul><li>To create and manage a caring, supportive and stimulating environment which is conducive to successful learning</li><li>Provide a balanced and challenging program relevant to the needs of the students</li><li>To identify clear teaching objectives and learning outcomes, with appropriate challenge and high expectations.</li><li>Employ behaviour management strategies which ensure a safe, orderly and successful learning environment</li><li>To maintain a regular system of monitoring, assessment, record-keeping and reporting of children&#39;s progress</li><li>Undertake supervision duties including yard duty diligently</li><li>To be a part of the whole school team, actively involved decision making, to ensure fairness and dignity</li><li>Demonstrate best practice in teaching and learning.</li></ul>
