The Deputy Principal Learning and Teaching is a member of the College Executive Team, sharing the responsibility for the effective delivery of quality Catholic Education for students at Catholic Ladies’ College.

<p>Applications are invited for the position of Deputy Principal Learning and Teaching, to take effect from the commencement of 2023.</p><p>Join an outstanding contemporary educational community and partner with a committed leadership team in the delivery of strategy for 2023 and beyond. The successful applicant will be directly responsible to the Principal in all matters relating to the planning, development and delivery of learning and teaching programs.The Deputy Principal Learning and Teaching will also lead the College in the provision of an exemplary faith-learning environment and associated experiences, which promote and celebrate the Catholic ethos of the College, charism of Mary Aikenhead and the spirituality of the Sisters of Charity.</p><p>The Deputy Principal Learning and Teaching will: </p><ul><li>assume overall responsibility for the Learning and Teaching program </li><li>keep abreast of national and state educational initiatives </li><li>assume overall responsibility for assessment and reporting practices. </li></ul><p>In developing a strategic approach to continuous improvement in Learning and Teaching across the College, the Deputy Principal Learning and Teaching will on an annual basis: </p><ul><li>set strategic goals and develop action plans </li><li>prepare a report addressing the outcomes achieved </li><li>undertake an annual KPI review thereafter.</li></ul><p>An Information Package, outlining the selection criteria and key responsibilities for the position, can be obtained on the College website: www.clc.vic.edu.au</p><p> </p><p>For a confidential conversation please contact the Human Resources Manager, Michelle Nolan, on 03 9430 2073.<br /></p><p>Application close: 2:00 pm on Monday, 30 May 2022.</p><p>The College promotes the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p>
