Is a new P-Yr12 school located at Edmondson Park. It is the result of a partnership between the CEO Wollongong and EREA.

<p><b>Location:</b> St Francis Catholic College, Edmondson Park</p><p dir="ltr">St Francis Catholic College, Edmondson Park is located near the junction of the M5 and M7 motorways. It is a rapidly growing P-12 school with a student population exceeding 1200 students in 2022 (K-12). The college is one school, not a traditional primary school and high school coexisting on the same site. As such, the college is organised into Junior Years Learning (K-4), Middle Years Learning (5-8) and Senior Years Learning (9-12).</p> <p dir="ltr">A temporary part time position (working 2 days per week) commencing 18 July 2022 until 20 December 2022.&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">This is a position of support services for students, staff, parents and school administration.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>A commitment to the mission and purpose of the Catholic School within the broader Catholic Church.</li> <li>Experience in administration and general office processes and procedures.</li> <li>Proficiency in MS Office and Google suite of applications.</li> <li>Ability to process data in a variety of forms and produce reports.</li> <li>Effective organisational skills with demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.</li> <li>Ability to recognise confidential issues as they arise and to treat them with the sensitivity required.</li> </ul> <p>DESIRABLE SELECTION CRITERIA</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Familiarity with Tech One and Compass systems.</li> <li>Certificate III in Office Procedures or related study.</li> </ul> <p>The following GENERAL CAPABILITIES are applicable to the role:</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Well-developed interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li> <li>Ability to relate effectively with parents/carers, staff and students.</li> <li>Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</li> <li>Customer service orientation.</li> <li>Demonstrated positive attitude to innovation and change.</li> </ul> <p>EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul type="disc"> <li>Current First Aid Certificate.</li> </ul> <p>WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE</p> <p>This role is classified as a child related work and therefore a working with children clearance is required prior to your commencement with us.</p> <p>VACCINATION REQUIREMENT</p> <p>CEDoW recognises the health, safety and wellbeing of everyone in the workplace is central to the mission and success of our schools and offices.
