<p>St Francis Xavier College is a Catholic College with a 2022 enrolment of 3300 students which will continue to grow in 2023. </p><p>The College serves families from the parishes of Berwick, Koo Wee Rup, Maryknoll/Iona, Narre Warren and Pakenham under the governance of Diocese of Sale Catholic Education Limited (DOSCEL). </p><p>St Francis Xavier College is easily accessed via several major freeways – only 20 minutes on the M1 from Springvale Road. </p><p>The College Learning Program is delivered through its Game Plan for fostering student achievement, which is comprised of four plays: </p><ul><li><b>Catholic Identity - orientating towards Christ </b></li><li><b>Differentiation - enabling growth for all </b></li><li><b>Positive Learning Partnerships - building stronger relationships </b></li><li><b>Wellbeing for Learning - teaching the skills of wellbeing </b></li></ul><p>We are inviting applications for a Campus Organiser to realise the College Cultural Leadership Statement. This position carries a POL 4 allowance with a full-time ongoing teaching appointment. </p><p>The Campus Organiser is responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the campus and long-term planning within the Campus. The Campus Organiser is responsible for the development and implementation of the timetable and will lead the organisation of the campus with a focus on student achievement.
