St Francis De Sales Regional College Leeton is a co-educational day and weekly boarding school. We are seeking an individual to join our College Team to provide efficient and professional services to the Principal and wider community.

<p>St Francis De Sales Regional College is a Catholic Co-educational Day and Weekly Boarding School providing a comprehensive education across Years 7-12, for students from Leeton, Narrandera and surrounding rural areas in the Riverina. </p><p>We focus on students as individuals and aim to develop their own personal skills through providing a broad curriculum, enriched with many extra-curricular and sporting activities. We adopt a ‘restorative justice’ approach to our everyday life at the College, and encourage students to reflect upon Gospel values in their approach to their own learning. </p><p> </p><p>Our outstanding reputation has evolved from our commitment to providing the best possible education to every student, underpinned by our core purpose—to educate the whole person. <br /></p><p><b>What we can offer:</b></p><ul><li>Full-time permanent position commencing 18 July 2022.</li><li>Access to Salary Packaging </li><li>Access to our Employee Assist Program</li></ul><p><b>Work Schedule </b></p><p>Mon- Wed 8.30 am - 5.00 pm (30-minute break) </p><p>Thurs 8.30 am - 4.30 pm (30-minute break) </p><p>Fri 8.30 am - 4.00 pm (1-hour lunch)</p><p><b>Your new role:</b></p><p>The purpose of the position is to provide top level secretarial work of a confidential nature. An employee in this class, with direction from the Principal or delegate, renders executive clerical assistance to the Principal and other members of the College Executive. This position requires a high degree of accuracy, accountability, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Another key purpose is to build relationships with parents and prospective parents. The role assumes specific responsibility for administering enquiry, enrolment, information dissemination and relationship management processes with prospective, current and future families.
