<p><b>La Salle College </b></p><p>La Salle College was founded by the Lasallian Order in 1954, but our legacy in the Swan Valley dates back to the community of the local Midland parishes in the early 1900s. </p><p>Upon this rich history, we are continually evolving as a modern secondary Catholic education institution catering for the educational, spiritual and pastoral care needs of 1400 students, including boarding for students from regional and remote Western Australia. You act as a positive role model for others, and actively participate in mentoring, monitoring and will actively engaging in the academic care and wellbeing of students. </p><p>To be successful in this role, you will: </p><p>Actively support and role model the ethos and values of a Catholic College </p><p>Develop and deliver authentic, innovative, and engaging learning experiences </p><p>Have a contemporary teaching pedagogy and a growth mindset and thrive in an innovative learning environment </p><p>Be able to demonstrate the key accountabilities listed in the role description </p><p>Hold a minimum four-year tertiary qualification </p><p>A satisfactory record of teaching and professional conduct </p><p>Hold and maintain a Working with Children Check and TRBWA registration </p><p>This role is a contract position for the remainder of 2022 that is likely to become ongoing. Flexibility will be afforded to the right applicant.
