<p><b>Full-time position commencing Semester 2 2022 </b></p><p>The Year 10-12 Coordinator is a leader of student wellbeing and is responsible for supporting the pastoral care of students in the Senior Years. This role will have a major focus on supporting Year 10 students in their transition into the Senior Years. This role will also involve supporting students in Years 11 and 12 with their wellbeing, personal development and academic learning. </p><p><b>Experience and Skills </b></p><ul><li>Experience and demonstrated skills in a student pastoral support role. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills including effective verbal, listening and communication skills. </li><li>Excellent record keeping. </li><li>The ability to work effectively as a member of a leadership team. </li><li>Training in Restorative Practices (or the willingness to complete this). </li></ul><p><b>Mission Statement </b></p><p>Good Shepherd Lutheran College exists to provide quality Christian education in a caring environment. </p><p><b>About us </b></p><p>Good Shepherd is a co-educational Prep to Year 12 Lutheran College that serves the families of the breathtakingly beautiful Noosa district on the Sunshine Coast. Centrally located 130kms from the Brisbane CBD, Good Shepherd Lutheran College is situated on a 9.5 hectare campus. The College has a total enrolment of approximately 1000 students. Our College is part of the ministry of The Lutheran Church in Queensland and has strong ties to the Noosa Lutheran Parish.
