Catholic Schools Broken Bay is seeking an experienced senior administrator to support the Evangelisation and Catechesis (E&C) Workstream team. As a gifted communicator and excellent people-person, the executive support would leverage existing relationships and networks in schools and parishes to support CSBB’s Towards 2025 vision and purpose.

The Towards 2025 Strategy commits our system of schools to being at least as good as the very best, to maximise the learning growth of every student, and to inspire hearts and minds to know Christ and love learning. </p><p>Covering an expansive geographical area which includes the Central Coast and Sydney’s Northern Beaches and North Shore, Catholic Schools Broken Bay is a system serving 44 Catholic Schools with around 17,000 students from Kindergarten to Year 12.</p><p><br /></p><p> </p><p><b>The Role </b></p><p>We are seeking an experienced senior administrator to support the Evangelisation and Catechesis (E&amp;C) Workstream. As the frontline contact for the Workstream this role handles a variety of tasks, a high degree of confidential and/or sensitive information and communicates with a wide range of school leaders, school staff, office professionals and external stakeholders. The broad scope of this role encompasses executive support to both E&amp;C Senior Leads and other professionals in the team as required. </p><p>This role will have responsibility for maintaining the RE/Mission Accreditation database and the development of a new process in CSBB’s Payroll/HR Information System. Drawing on skills to assist the organisation of E&amp;C events, gatherings and programs, this position supports and enhances service delivery to CSBB schools. </p><p>As a gifted communicator and excellent people-person, the executive support would leverage existing relationships and networks in schools and parishes to support CSBB’s Towards 2025 vision and purpose. </p><p>Key role responsibilities: </p><p></p><ul><li>Organises executive communications for the Senior Leads, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with internal staff and external stakeholders. </li></ul><ul><li>Triages the intake of team phone and email enquiries. </li></ul><ul><li>Manages an organised filing system of paper and electronic documents. </li></ul><ul><li>Prepares meeting communications and takes minutes including corresponding with meeting participants for all meetings held by the Workstream. </li></ul><ul><li>Assists in preparing specific documentation in preparation for further approvals.
