Academically, the College strives to cultivate intellectual values in a wide range of disciplines, promoting in students a sense of integrity, respect for truth, openness and positive virtues. </p><p>Working collaboratively with the members of the School Leadership Team, and informed by our Leadership Framework (Focussing Direction, Cultivating Collaborative Cultures, Deepening Learning, Securing Accountability and Being Christ Centred), the Principal is required to provide strategic and operational leadership in the following areas: Catholic Identity, Leadership, Teaching &amp; Learning, Pastoral Care &amp; Wellbeing, Community &amp; Culture and Finance, Facilities &amp; Resources. </p><p>The Principal plays a critical role in supporting a diverse community of learners, maintaining strong relationships with local groups and community leaders and supporting students in their educational endeavours. </p><p>This position will involve working with children.
