The role of the Head of Learning is to work with colleagues to develop, maintain, evaluate and revise the curriculum, teaching and learning, assessment, and reporting and feedback practices at the school with reference to the Australian Curriculum, the Human Capabilities Framework and the EREA Liberating Education Framework.

We endeavour to employ people that have the drive and motivation to work towards successful outcomes for our young people. </p><p><b>What is the role? </b></p><p>The role of the Head of Learning is to work with colleagues to develop, maintain, evaluate and revise the curriculum, teaching and learning, assessment, and reporting and feedback practices at the school with reference to the Australian Curriculum, the Human Capabilities Framework and the EREA Liberating Education Framework. This role requires specific skills to model and support others who are working with First Nations Young people as well as working with young people who have specific learning needs. The position involves working directly with children and young people and therefore must be able to demonstrate an understanding of appropriate child safeguarding behaviours when engaging with children.
