St. John’s Eudunda seeks an experienced educator with a collaborative leadership style, who is committed to the Christian faith and incorporates this in the values and behaviours of personal and community life.

<h5>                                       Applications are invited for the position of PRINCIPAL (Commencing January 2023)</h5><p><br /></p><p>St. John’s Lutheran Primary School is a Foundation to Year 6 school of 67 students located in the mid-north of South Australia, only 45kms away from the Barossa Valley and 100kms from Adelaide.<br /></p><p>The school was established in 1904 by the Emmaus congregation and since become apart of the Eudunda Robertstown Lutheran Parish. </p><p>Teaching and learning are conducted under the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IB) Primary Years Program (PYP) framework. From Foundation through to Year 6, students at St John’s Lutheran School, Eudunda are inspired to develop a lifelong passion for learning; a commitment to being empathetic and caring individuals, and the courage to realize their hopes and dreams. Our dynamic learning community is committed to meeting the needs of all students in a warm and caring atmosphere. St John’s is one of only a few officially accredited dyslexia aware schools. </p><p>The governing council of St. John’s Eudunda seeks an experienced educator with a collaborative leadership style, who is committed to the Christian faith and incorporates this in the values and behaviours of personal and community life. </p><p>The ideal candidate will have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, experience with leading, promoting and growing a school in a highly competitive educational market, a working knowledge of IB PYP is preferred but not essential. A person who is familiar with the applicant’s academic and professional background and recent experience </p><p>    c.
