With a focus on delivering efficient services and agile consulting across school, head office and leadership recruitment, we are seeking a talent acquisition professional to join our team.</p> <p dir="ltr"><strong>About the opportunity:</strong></p> <p dir="ltr">We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition Team on a full time temporary basis until 7 October 2022 (Maternity leave cover).&nbsp;</p> <p dir="ltr">The focus of the role will be to conduct end to end recruitment for a range of school based and office positions. More specifically you will:</p> <ul> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Partner with hiring managers to to provide expert operational support for a broad range of school and non-school (head office) based roles</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Develop recruitment plans, including job description, person specification and competency checklist, creative job ad copy, route-to-market recommendation and agreed timescales that meet business requirements</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Successfully manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting compelling ads on internal and external job boards, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, facilitating pre-hire checks, managing verbal job offers and contract generation</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Drive a positive candidate experience by building and maintaining strong relationships&nbsp;</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" style="list-style-type: disc"> <p dir="ltr">Develop a strong understanding of applicable Enterprise Agreements's, awards, and employment contracts.
