Applications are invited from suitably experienced persons for the part time 0.54 position (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday-negotiable) for Administration-Enrolment Officer to commence the beginning of term 2, 11th July 2022. The salary and conditions are in accordance with the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018.

<p>Applications are invited from suitably experienced persons for the part time 0.54 position (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday-negotiable) for Administration-Enrolment Officer to commence the beginning of term 3, 11th July 2022. The salary and conditions are in accordance with the Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018.</p><p>The successful applicant will have demonstrated commitment to Catholic Education and to the safety and wellbeing of children.</p><p>The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate the following:</p><ul><li>excellent interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>reception, office and administrative skills</li><li>work in partnership with the school Finance Officer and Principal while assisting both in some finance areas</li><li>provide a welcoming and positive demeanour in daily interactions with students, parents and staff</li><li>team-based approach in a collegial environment and in a shared administration role</li><li>commitment to ongoing professional learning and the continuing development of a positive school culture</li><li>flexibility and excellent organisational skills</li><li>commitment to the St Augustine&#39;s Child Safety Policy and Staff Code of Conduct</li></ul><p>The successful applicant will be appropriately qualified, demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to work in a team environment and be able to provide care and support for students while supporting and respecting the ethos of the school and it&#39;s environment.</p><p>The successful applicant will be subject to a working with children check, provide a National Police Record Check before employment, qualified as a Level 2 First Aid or be prepared to obtain one as soon as possible and provide 3 referees including current employer.</p><p>In applying for a position with Melbourne Archdiocese of Catholic Schools (MACS), you will be asked to provide certain personal information to enable your application to be considered.
