Searching for an enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our Aquatic and Fitness Centre team on a part-time basis.

We are proud to have passionate and dedicated staff who recognise the unique strengths and qualities of every Pymble girl. </p><h4><br /></h4><h4>The Role </h4><p>The College is seeking a confident Administrator who is energetic, friendly, time efficient and also passionate about Customer Service to join our Aquatic and Fitness Centre team on a temporary (maternity leave), part-time basis. </p><p>This role is responsible for assisting the Customer Service Co-ordinator in the administration and reception area of the Aquatic and Fitness Centre. </p><p>This role is to commence from 14 March 2022 until 14 March 2023 and will work 32 hours per week, all term time including the student vacation period. </p><p>You will be available to work on the following days each week: </p><ul><li>Tuesday &amp; Friday - 8.30am - 4.00pm </li><li>Wednesday &amp; Thursday - 8.30am - 3.30pm </li><li>Saturday - 7.30am - 12.00pm </li></ul><p><br /></p><h4>About You </h4><p>You will have: </p><ul><li>Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in a Customer Service / Reception role </li><li>Excellent presentation and customer service skills </li><li>Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Knowledge of the LINKS management system (advantageous) </li><li>Flexibility in work hours and availability </li><li>Excellent administration and organisational skills </li><li>Efficient time management with the ability to multi-task </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li></ul><p><br /></p><p>To learn more about this position, the calibre of person we are seeking to appoint and what makes Pymble an excellent place to work click ‘APPLY’ to go to the College website. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Applications close 3.00 pm Friday 4 February 2022. </b></p><p><br /></p><p>The successful candidate must comply with any current Public Health Order requirements and have a Working with Children Check clearance. </p><p>Pymble Ladies&#39; College is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
