St Christopher's Airport West is looking for an experienced, friendly and welcoming Reception/Administration Officer.

<p><b>Role Description </b></p><p>The Reception/Administration Officer will be part of the office team at St Christopher’s and report directly to the Office Manager.  The role will be 5 days per week, 38 hours (full time).  8.25am to 4pm. </p><p>The successful applicant will be employed as an Education Support Officer Level 2 Category B.</p><p><b>The role includes </b></p><ul><li>Front of office duties including parent contact via person, emails and phone </li><li>Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner </li><li>Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have and seek clarification from appropriate staff when needed </li><li>Maintain a positive and supportive relationship with students and staff </li><li>Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times </li><li>Have competent computer skills and an ability to use a database. Especially in word/excel/publisher and gmail </li><li>Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received and follow school protocols </li><li>Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail </li><li>Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed </li><li>Maintain the general office filing system </li><li>Purchasing of communal tea supplies and catering for professional learning days </li><li>Support school first aid officer when required </li><li>To support school leadership team where necessary through organisation formatting of school newsletter and entering appointments in to personal and school calendars </li><li>To be a supportive member of the school office team</li><li>Any other duties requested by the Office Manager</li></ul><p>The successful applicant will have a current employee WWCC, Police Check and first aid accreditation (including asthma and anaphylaxis).
