<p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION</strong><br> The purpose of the role is to support the project management team to ensure the strategic alignment of activities and initiatives within the ICON project, and to provide personal assistance to the Business Stakeholder/Liaison Manager.<br> <br> <strong>ABOUT YOU</strong><br> </p> <ul> <li>Highly organised with excellent administration and project support skills</li> <li>Able to produce clear and concise documentation and minutes of governance, project and technical meetings</li> <li>Self-starting with the ability to meet shifting priorities, demands and timelines and excellent interpersonal</li> <li>Able to take initiative and anticipates what's needed to get the job done</li> <li>Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Exposure to project methodologies (desirable).</li> </ul> <p>The successful candidate must hold or acquire a Working with Children Check, and must be willing to acquire a National Police Record Check.
