The Cook’s primary role is the preparation and provision of meals to the young people who attend the Flexible Learning Centre.

<p><b>Cook - Mount Isa Flexible Learning Centre </b></p><p>Mount Isa Flexible Learning Centre is a coeducational Catholic school in the Edmund Rice tradition. We endeavour to employ people that have the drive and motivation to work towards successful outcomes for our young people. </p><p><b>The position has an immediate commencement available. </b></p><p><b>Cook </b></p><ul><li><b>Part Time Term Time - 27.6 hours per week, 7.6 hours on Monday, 5 hours Tuesday - Friday </b></li><li><b>Term Time - Please note that term time staff are not required to work during school holidays therefore will not be paid during these times </b></li><li><b>Position includes a six month probation period </b></li></ul><p><b>What is the role? </b></p><p>The Cook’s primary role is the preparation and provision of meals to the young people who attend the Flexible Learning Centre. The position involves working directly with children and young people on a daily basis and therefore must be able to demonstrate an understanding of appropriate child safeguarding behaviours when engaging with children.
