<p><b>SPECIFIC CRITERIA</b></p><p>Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner</p><p>A sound knowledge and a commitment to the Church&#39;s mission in Catholic Education and personal faith practice of the Catholic School<br /></p><p>A positive mindset, personally and professionally and be willing to contribute to a positive workplace environment<br /></p><p>Current knowledge of The Disability Discrimination Act (DDA) and Disability Standards for Education</p><p>Current knowledge of the Nationally Consistent Collection of Data (NCCD), its processes and obligation of schools</p><p>Demonstrated ability in developing individual learning and behaviour plans for students</p><p>Ability to and experience in collaborating and consulting with key stakeholders relating to the diverse needs of students</p><p>Knowledge of and ability to implement adjustments based on the functional impact of a students’ disability</p><p>Knowledge of and experience in using a range of assessment tools to inform teacher planning and to guide further recommendations to external professionals</p><p>Have excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills</p><p>Have a commitment to ongoing professional learning as well as the ability to monitor professional learning needs of staff and to align them to the learning needs of students</p><p> Be committed to supporting student wellbeing</p><p>Be fully vaccinated in accordance with Sydney Catholic Schools employment policy</p><p><b>DESIRABLE CRITERIA</b></p><p>Post graduate qualifications in inclusive education</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>
