As the point of contact for the Executive Team, you are able to understand a broad range of internal and external stakeholder requirements, including events, assessments and reporting deadlines, and allocate those to appropriate team members. Developing clear ownership for tasks, you will prioritise complex and changing priorities in situations which can be highly pressurised, identifying issues and mitigating risks, whilst managing stakeholder expectations in relation to service delivery. You will have a passion for identifying opportunities for improvement and the skills to effectively implement change. Managing a team will also require following College performance management processes, identifying skills gaps and coaching/mentoring and training opportunities, as well as undertaking recruitment and associated onboarding, if required. </p><p>You possess excellent communication skills, have a strong customer-service focus and can be relied upon to work autonomously, showing flexibility and the ability to work under pressure. In addition, the job will require you to: </p><p>• Be technically competent and confident (advanced skills) in the MSOffice suite including Excel (entering and manipulating data and producing reports), Adobe (including Pro DC) and willing to learn school systems (for example Synergetic, Schoolbox, Daily Organiser) </p><p>• Possess strong leaderships skills and demonstrable team management experience </p><p>• Demonstrate a passion for collaborative working as a member of a high-functioning team including advanced client liaison skills to foster strong relationships with stakeholders </p><p>• Support the Executive Team in meetings and tracking budgets, expenditure and forecasting </p><p>• Be energetic, enthusiastic and demonstrate a willingness lead by example to grow through the sharing of best practice and professional experience </p><p>• Commit to the safeguarding and promotion of student welfare </p><p>• Support Radford’s strategic priorities and goals </p><p>• Uphold Radford’s Values of Truth, Compassion and Wisdom </p><p><b>Knowledge, Experience and Qualifications </b></p><p>• Highly developed interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including the ability to confidently communicate with senior management, peers and stakeholders. </p><p>• Demonstrated experience in supporting complex projects, including the ability to set clear goals and implement systems to ensure projects meet agreed objectives demonstrating excellent time management skills </p><p>• Highly developed literacy and numeracy skills </p><p>• Excellent problem-solving ability with high level of attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure with little or no supervision </p><p><b>How to Apply </b></p><p>Details about this position and how to apply can be found on the Employment section on the College Website <a href="http://www.radford.act.edu.au/quick-links/employment/" rel="nofollow">http://www.radford.act.edu.au/quick-links/employment/</a>.
