We welcome applications from suitably qualified people of all ages, genders, cultural and linguistic backgrounds.</p> <p>MACS is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.</p> <p><strong>ABOUT THE POSITION</strong><br> Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for multiple full-time, fixed term and ongoing roles of <strong>Learning Consultant, Diversity</strong> across various regions.</p> <ol> <li>Full-time, ongoing position based in Croydon (Eastern Region)</li> <li>Full-time, fixed term position until January 2023 based in Werribee (Western Region)</li> <li>Full-time, fixed term position until January 2023 based in Moorabbin (Southern Region)</li> </ol> <p>Working as part of a team, the Learning Consultant - Diversity will be responsible for building the capacity of principals and school leaders across Melbourne and regional Victoria, to implement multi-tiered systems of support aligned to the CECV Intervention Framework and implement inclusive teaching practices responsive to the diverse needs of students.<br> <br> Salary range for this position is $72,058 (T1/1) - $108,003 (T2/6) per annum according to the Teacher Salaries as set out in the <em><a href="http://www.cecv.catholic.edu.au/getmedia/e728ccbb-dac1-4822-9607-7c5cb8abdae9/VCEMEA_2013.aspx">Victorian Catholic Education Multi Enterprise Agreement 2018</a></em>. Salary is based upon teaching qualifications and experience. In addition to this, a School Adviser Allowance ($8,817 or $11,921 per annum) which is dependent upon years of service will be applicable, plus superannuation according to the <em>Superannuation Guarantee Legislation</em>.<br> <br> <strong>TO BE SUCCESSFUL</strong><br> <br> The successful applicants will have a demonstrated understanding of state and national policies and curriculum in relation to inclusive teaching practices including, multi-tiered systems of support, NCCD, Response to Intervention, universal design for learning to support the health, wellbeing, academic and/or behavioural needs of students. You will have extensive experience in supporting leaders and teachers to select and develop strategies for assessment, targeted intervention and to provide adjustments for students with diverse learning needs.<br> <br> The successful candidate must hold or acquire a Working with Children Check, and must be willing to acquire a National Police Record Check.
