The role of the Youth Worker is to support, design and develop engagement, wellbeing and social inclusion responses and program activities for the school that directly enhance the engagement of the young people that attend the school.

<p><b>Youth Worker </b></p><p><b>Full Time Ongoing</b> (includes a 6 month probation period) </p><p>Southport Flexible Learning Centre is a coeducational Catholic school in the Edmund Rice tradition. It has a clear commitment to social justice and stands in solidarity with disadvantaged people of all social, cultural and religious backgrounds with a particular sensitivity to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture.
