<p><b>PART-TIME (0.6) | SALARY RANGE $55,000 - $65,000 P.A. PLUS SUPER </b></p><p><b>INITIAL 1 YEAR CONTRACT | COMMENCING - IMMEDIATE </b></p><p>An exciting opportunity exists for an Asset Management Assistant working with Catholic Education Northern Territory. </p><p>The Asset Management Assistant will work in collaboration with the infrastructure team. This position will be responsible in implementing, recording and administering the TechnologyOne asset management system for urban, regional and ACCS schools.</p><p>Key responsibilities: </p><p>• Support and undertake as part of the project team, the implementation and management of TechnologyOne asset management system. </p><p>• Undertake data migration from external applications to TechnologyOne systems using templates, data table extracts e.g. Excel. </p><p>• Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of the Asset Management System (AMS) at both our Aboriginal catholic communities’ schools (ACCS) and urban schools. </p><p>• Actively support the work of colleagues within the Infrastructure team. </p><p>• Provide professional development and training to infrastructure team members and other end users. </p><p>• Advise and support school property management staff on TechnologyOne asset management application processes and procedures. </p><p>• Commitment to ongoing self and technical development. </p><p>• Actively contribute to innovation and continuous improvement within the Infrastructure team </p><p>• Record keeping and data management.</p><p>This position may involve working with children. The appointment of the successful applicant will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with  legislation. </p><p>CENT employees are subject to the COVID-19 Directions (No. 55) 2021: Directions for mandatory vaccination of workers to attend the workplace issued by the Northern Territory’s Chief Health Officer on 13 October 2021.
