<p><b>About Pacific Hills Christian School - OneMaker Academy - Hands on Performing Arts </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p>OneMaker Academy (OMA) and Hands on Performing Arts (HOPA) is part of the operations and ministry of Pacific Hills Christian School and is focused on the development of the Performing Arts in the areas of music, drama and dance.<br /></p><p>The aim of OMA and HOPA is to build a community that will nurture, inspire and encourage creativity in all aspects of the Arts with a strong emphasis on excellence in teaching and learning. <br /></p><p><br /></p><p><b>About the Instrumental Music Tutors and Ensemble Conductors </b></p><p>We are seeking passionate and suitably qualified Instrumental Music Tutors and Ensemble Conductors in <b>Violin / Cello / Drum / Alto Saxophone</b> to service our OneMaker Academy (OMA) and Hands On Performing Arts (HOPA) teams.<br /></p><p>The Instrumental Music Tutor will plan and deliver engaging and considered music lessons to small groups of Years 3 and 4 students (Tuesdays) and requested individual lessons to students during school time and before and after school. <br /></p><p>In addition, the Instrumental Music Tutor will also be engaged to lead and develop an Ensemble as their Conductor. Ensemble groups meet weekly before or after School. </p><p>Instrumental Music Tutors and Ensemble Conductors must possess:</p><ul><li>Excellent performing and conducting skills </li><li>Experience teaching students across all ages and skill levels </li><li>Experience conducting ensembles </li><li>Public Liability Insurance </li><li>ABN Registration </li><li>WWCC Number </li><li>Tertiary Music qualification preferred </li></ul><p>Commitment to a local church and the ethos of Christian education is essential.
