The King’s Preparatory School is seeking an experienced, intuitive and highly organised administrator to work as part of the Preparatory Administration team.

<p><b>• Permanent Full Time (Term time only plus two weeks non term time) </b></p><p><b>• The King’s Preparatory School </b></p><p><b>• Nestled within 320 acres of native Australian bushland </b></p><p>The King’s Preparatory School is seeking an experienced, intuitive and highly organised administrator to work as part of the Preparatory Administration team. </p><p>This role will be responsible for providing effective and efficient administrative and organisation support to the Preparatory School Deputies. </p><p>Please note, this is a permanent full time (term time only) opportunity plus two weeks non term time commencing at The King&#39;s Preparatory School in North Parramatta. The successful candidate will be required to work 7:00am – 2:00pm with evening work as required. </p><p><b>ABOUT YOU </b></p><p>The School values humility, honesty, respect, responsibility, integrity, compassion and excellence. As such, we see the importance of recruiting talent aligned with these values. </p><p>To be successful for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate how you meet the following: </p><p>• At least three years’ experience providing administration support </p><p>• High level IT skills and competence including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite </p><p>• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a high pressure environment </p><p>• Ability to multi-task and prioritise responsibilities </p><p>• Accuracy with data and document handling </p><p>• Ability to work independently, and exercise initiative in handling enquiries and tasks in a responsible manner without supervision </p><p>• Ability to work in a team environment </p><p>• High level communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral </p><p><b>ABOUT US </b></p><p>The King’s School, Australia&#39;s oldest independent school, is a Christian community that seeks to make an outstanding impact for the good of society.
