MacKillop Catholic College, Warnervale is looking for full-time temporary Senior Studies of Religion & Junior Religious Studies / English commencing Janauary 2022 for the year 2022.

Working collaboratively with teachers at the school you will be responsible for implementing innovative and evidence informed practices that improve outcomes for all. Being prepared to grow and learn is an essential part of this role as we aim to ensure success for all our students. </p><p><b>About you </b></p><ul><li>Be supportive of the Catholic ethos of the school<br /></li><li>Suitable qualifications and experience as a Catholic Religious Studies educator </li><li>The ability to teach Studies of Religion and/or Studies in Catholic Thought in Years 11 and 12 and Stage 4 and 5 Catholic Religious Education </li><li>The ability to teach Junior English an advantage with a class available. </li><li>Leadership experiences an advantage with possible leadership opportunities for 2023 and permanency </li><li>A willingness to collaborate with the outreach and youth ministry projects in the College </li><li>A positive, flexible, collaborative approach with excellent communication skills </li><li>Capacity to create a motivating and engaging learning environment that caters to the diverse needs of all learners through varied teaching strategies and sound pedagogical practices </li><li>An ability and willingness to incorporate and promote the use of technology in the classroom. </li></ul><p> </p><p><b>The rewards</b><br /></p><p>Be part of a passionate team committed to delivering authentic Catholic education with care and compassion.
